I'd suggest you focus your deck more. You have two many singles, and so you'll struggle to get the cards you need reliably. You'd be better off finding a single theme and building your deck around it, with multiple copies of the important cards (unless they're limited).

I'm guessing you're looking at a deck based around the Harpies from the Wind structure deck, so based on that I'd suggest the following.

Monster Reborn and Change of Heart are banned. Call of the Haunted and Brain Control do roughly the same things and are limited.
Harpie Lady 1 is better than 2 or 3, so get 3x Harpie Lady 1.
If you want to base your deck around Harpies, get Harpie Queen, since it's the only way to get more than three Harpie Ladies, and it helps search Harpie's Hunting Ground.
You can have more Elegant Egotists that Harpie Lady Sisters, since it also searches Harpie Lady.
You should have 3x Harpie's Hunting Ground.
If you have a lot of Winged Beasts, Icarus Attack is a very useful card, since it can take out any two cards on the field.
Other than maybe Gorz, your non-Wind monsters won't really help you.
Flying Kamikari will probably be more useful than Birdface, since it's more flexible and summons it, helping you swarm faster.
You may want a couple of Pet Baby Dragons, so you can get it out sooner and combo it with Aqua Chorus.
Normal monsters aren't usually very good, and you're don't seem to be exceptions. Harpie's Brother doesn't work with the other Harpies - if you want a beatstick Harpie Queen is better.
I'd suggest Waboku, Threatening Roar or Dimensional Prison over Sakuretsu Armour. Mirror force is even better, if you can afford it.
