Daily life of an Ancient Native American?

Does any one now what a native american would do in his/her daily life?

first of all some people answering shouldn't answer if they don't know what they are talking about.

daily life varied according to area. native people living in the deserts did not go about daily life the same as those living in the northeast woodlands or the pacific northwest. not many tribes were nomadic and even those that were still remained in set territories. the majority of us lived and still live in permanent villages and in some cases per contact, cities.

my nation is one that has always lived in permanent settlements that were relatively large and in homes that were two stories high and up to 200 feet long. we farmed specifically corn, beans, and squash. we made maple syrup and dried meats. we hunted as well and gathered berries that grew in our area like strawberries raspberries and blueberries as well as cranberries.

far from being "simple minded" as some try to make us out to be, we had highly developed societies with my nation being the oldest participatory democracy in the world. it is our constitution that the usa based their own on. we are the ones that showed them what a federal government looks like because we had one since the year 909 ce.

other daily activities surrounded the children who were very important members of our nations as well as the elderly. then there were ceremonies and gatherings just to enjoy ourselves and have fun. we also had extensive trade routes some thousands of miles long. visiting other nations and families was also a passtime.

@ big george..by all means he should just make stuff up because you say so right? he shouldn't listen to actual native people who know our own history and live the culture every day right?
