What effect did the American Missionaries have on Armenian Religion and Immigration to America?

Armenians did not only migrate to America, although we can say for sure, the majority of Armenians living out of Armenia are residing in America, but there were times when the majority were living in Europe or Iran or Russia, anyway it is not that this is American missionary’s doing. But they were very helpful to the survivors of Armenian Genocide by turks. Missionaries and eyewitnesses who were suffered themselves by trying to help the victims of Armenian Genocide, and transferring them to USA, or helping to gather the orphans left to die on the streets by turks or just wondering around the roads out of the cities and much more.
They helped them to move out of turkey, since they were forced out of their home , their lands and their families were destroyed by turks.

The Armenian Church is the oldest and most untouched in the world. Armenians have Catholic and Protestant churches and unfortunately some turned toward less famous branches of Christianity, but the Armenian Apostolic church stands stronger than ever. Even our priests wear the same style of clothing during ceremonies that they wore hundreds of years ago. So American missionaries had no effect (or very little) on religion or original church, only they were effective on some Armenians.
