When your desire to read the Bible leaves you what is going on in your life?
It means the devil is attacking your mind with thoughts that are making you feel insecure and or troubled with depression.
People when they are offended or wounded by others will retreat into the worldly things of life and not always want to read their bibles. But this causes them to be weak in the spirit and then they lose their thirst to read the word.
That is why it is always best to force oneself to get into the Bible and read till the Lord brings the peace again.
Romans 12:1 tells us to renew our minds with the Word of God daily.
