Just with the touch of a pen.
Jottings, scratches, cross-outs, keystrokes could live.
Journals, collected and empty, become empty promises
Jockeying for attention from television, computer, sports:
Jejune distractions,
Jackals named Failure and Success
Jump in are welcome friends.
Justice creeps in as sleep arrives:
Jammed awake, creativity flows
Juniper-driven as any Egyptian. Word and thought
Join as aspiration takes form:
Juggling moments, filtering choices,
Jaw juts with concentration,
Juices flowing, work proceding.
Joy as the night ends and the day’s light
Journey through night, to the page,
Journeyer rests, enjoys the moment, breathes;
Journey begins again.
I got caught up in mowing and plugging away....
