What does it take to become a Navy Seal?

What's the requirement to do that and to become a officer of the Seals? Don't throw me links just tell me preferably from personal experience please. Any info greatly appreciated.

Go to a recruiter, make sure from the start that you want a SEAL CHALLENGE CONTRACT (make sure you say those exact words). The recruiter will probably pull your chain a bit (he/she probably gets a few guys a week coming after playing Navy SEALs on playstation thinking they can be a SEAL). Assuming all goes well, you will go to MEPS soon enough. You will have to take a job such as Master-at-Arms (just a random job I thought of). Make sure it is something you like, just in case you cannot get the Challenge Contract. Next, Get in contact with a SEAL Motivator, workout with him as much as possible. If he thinks you are good enough to pass the PST, He will take you in for an official PST with some more higher ups in the recruiting command. If/When you pass your PST you will be offered the SEAL Challenge Contract.

After that, Its all the same for anyone who enlists and wants to become a SEAL (actually its the same for officers except for the way they get there). You'll go to basic, then pre-BUD/S, then go to Coronado for some more pre-BUD/S stuff, then INDOC and then finally BUD/S.

The PST is:

500-yard (457 m) swim using breast or side stroke in under 12:30
At least 42 push-ups in 2 minutes
At least 50 sit-ups in 2 minutes
At least 6 pull-ups from a dead hang (no time limit)
Run 1.5 miles (2.4 km) in boots and trousers 11:30
