Which steakhouse in Buenos Aires (Argentina) do you recommend to a bon vivant and a serious steak connoisseur?

I'm a serious Rib-eye and Prime Rib (bone in, w/ gourmet au jus on the side, could be slow roasted or grilled) fanatic [make mine rare to medium rare, of course]; it doesn't have to be a fancy/expensive restaurant, as long as the steak/food and the drinks are superb!
Price is irrelevant, but a good service and a friendly/relaxing ambiance are also desirable. Delicious house specialty salads, hors d'oeuvres, and desserts are added bonus. I'm also hoping to avoid the touristy neighborhoods, if at all possible.

OMG, lucky you. Buenos Aires is wonderful. If you speak Spanish, you can ask people on the street. Sometimes the Hotel desk personnel can give you a reliable lead.
This one gets a number of good reviews--apparently well-known for their Rib-eye (ojo de bife). Generous portions but small, so service can be slow. Lots of sides.
